| AMC receives your data from clients who use our services. In addition, AMC may have your data available because you as a client or interested party have provided it yourself through personal contact, email or the website. |

| AMC collects and processes your personal data only to the extent absolutely necessary, but also in a manner that allows us to provide a correct and efficient service. |
| For this purpose, we need your identity data so that we can offer you a personalized service that allows us to always be sure that we are contacting and informing the right person (sending an invitation to complete an online questionnaire) and processing the response data from them afterwards. |
| As a customer, we use your personal data for a smooth communication between supplier (AMC) and user, but also for informing new market trends, sending invitations to relevant trainings and workshops we organize, etc. |
