The answer to this question depends entirely on your interaction with AMC. |
AMC values your privacy and collects as little personal data as possible, except as necessary for the services AMC offers. Some categories of personal data that AMC collects are |

How do we collect your data? |
AMC receives your data from clients who use our services. In addition, AMC may have your data available because you as a client or interested party have provided it yourself through personal contact, email or the website. |
Why we collect and process your data |
AMC collects and processes your personal data only to the extent absolutely necessary, but also in a manner that allows us to provide a correct and efficient service. |
For this purpose, we need your identity data so that we can offer you a personalized service that allows us to always be sure that we are contacting and informing the right person (sending an invitation to complete an online questionnaire) and processing the response data from them afterwards. |
As a customer, we use your personal data for a smooth communication between supplier (AMC) and user, but also for informing new market trends, sending invitations to relevant trainings and workshops we organize, etc. |

AMC does not share personal data with third parties, nor with organizations or individuals in third countries (outside the EEA). |
If AMC is asked to disclose personal data in the context of legal proceedings, it will respond positively to this request, but will only provide the strictly necessary and requested data. |
Data are always stored and processed by AMC within the European Union and more specifically within Belgium. |

AMC takes all appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures necessary to protect and secure the collected (personal) data and takes all reasonable and appropriate measures to verify the true identity of any person wishing to use AMC's services and/or to exercise his/her rights under the General Data Protection Regulation. |
Despite the fact that AMC takes all appropriate measures to preserve and protect the (personal) data in its possession in a correct and efficient manner, AMC cannot fully guarantee the protection of any information in its possession. |

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that AMC has collected, processed and managed your personal data in a negligent manner that causes or has caused you (potential) damage. |
